Qualifications

• 3+ years in event production, catering, or experiential marketing.
• Strong creative vision paired with rigorous organizational skills.
• Experience with CAD or event design software for floor plans.
• Budget management experience for events ranging from $10K to $200K+.
• Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously.
• Willingness to be hands-on during setup and execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts, themes, and layouts
• Create detailed production timelines and coordinate all vendor logistics
• Design floor plans and service flow for off-premise venues
• Work with the culinary team on menu presentation and station design
• Manage event budgets and negotiate with third-party vendors
• Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown
