Responsibilities

• Lead and direct event service teams 5 to 50+ staff.
• Direct servers, bartenders, and support staff through setup, service, and breakdown.
• Communicate with the client and venue management; make judgment calls to keep events running smoothly.
• Manage service timing – courses, toasts, transitions, and breakdown.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time without disrupting guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies.
• Complete post-event reports and provide feedback to the office.
