Qualifications

• 3+ years of catering, hospitality, or B2B sales in NYC.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
• Deep knowledge of New York City's corporate event landscape.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven sales reporting.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new catering and events business across all five boroughs.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate and social client accounts from inquiry to execution.
• Develop and deliver customized proposals aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and venue site visits to generate leads.
• Collaborate with event production and culinary teams on menu customization.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reports.
