Job summary

Motek New York is seeking a Catering Manager to drive sales growth for delivery catering and on-site events across multiple NYC locations. This in-person role focuses on outreach, building a robust pipeline of corporate and social clients, and coordinating delivery logistics and event execution.

You will work closely with the Events & Catering Director to hit quarterly sales goals, manage proposals and BEOs, and ensure flawless on-site and delivery experiences for clients across venues as we

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in catering sales, delivery catering, or on-site event sales.
• Proven success in generating new business and managing accounts across 2+ locations.
• Hands-on experience with kitchen sheets, BEOs, menu creation, and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to delivery catering and on-site event inquiries within 6 hours via email or phone.
• Drive outreach to corporate offices, convention bureaus, coworking spaces, and social events.
• Manage catering platforms such as EZ Cater, Venue App-Orders, Metrobi.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and seasonal offerings.
• Work with Events & Catering Director to meet quarterly sales goals.
• Conduct site visits, tastings, and menu presentations for clients.
