Job summary

The City of Fredericksburg is seeking an Event Logistics Worker to plan and manage logistics for various city events, supervising Park Operations Worker II and seasonal staff on-site. You will collaborate with the Special Event & Programs Coordinator to ensure successful events and may assist with park and facility maintenance.

Flexible work hours, including weekends and evenings, are required, with additional duties as needed to support event operations.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Management: oversee delivery, inventory, and maintenance of event equipment.
• Flexibility and Additional Duties: perform related tasks as needed and adapt to changing event needs.
