Qualifications

• Two years of experience in event operations or logistics.
• Experience coordinating or leading events or public programs.
• CDL may be required within 6 months of employment; related licenses may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics for City events, including setup and breakdown.
• Lead on-site staff during event preparations and execution.
• Coordinate schedules, layouts, staffing, and vendor coordination.
• Manage event equipment from delivery to return and schedule maintenance.
• Support park and facility maintenance as needed and work weekends/evenings.
