• Handle guest issues with support of operations team.
• Perform weekly admin duties: plan event execution, schedule hosts, contact party contacts.
• Answer inquiries about bookings via phone and email.
• Book birthday parties by phone or walk-ins.
• Update reports with new event information.
• Assist with sales-driven outreach for new events.
• Support GIFT program during events.
• Stock and clean party spaces.
• Be day-of point of contact for party issues.
• Host events when not coordinating.
