Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Guest Services Lead for Pan American Center in Las Cruces, NM. This part-time/temporary role handles guest relations, ticket taking, seating guidance, and special accommodations after hours.

The position requires strong customer service, leadership ability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes an hourly rate with benefits noted for part-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1+ years related experience in Guest Services or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lead other guest services team members.
• Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first line for patron complaints and Guest Services Attendant concerns/issues.
• Serve as ticket taker and/or usher distributing programs and escorting patrons to their appropriate seats.
• Assist with reading tickets and directing attendees to their proper seats.
• Assist with giving Guest Services Staff breaks.
• Provide special accommodation for wheelchairs and other physically challenged patrons, senior citizens, students, and groups.
• Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
