Oak View Group is looking for Event Staff to enhance the guest experience at the Rio Rancho Events Center in New Mexico. This role involves ticket scanning, assisting fans, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates should possess strong customer service skills and have a high school diploma or equivalent. This position offers an hourly rate of $13.50 to $14.50, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of event experience, preferably in a similar environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare your assigned section for guests, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Welcome fans with a smile and helpful attitude.
• Scan event tickets for entry verification.
• Assist guests in locating their assigned seats.
• Monitor your area for safety hazards and guest satisfaction.
