Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is recruiting for an on-site guest services role at UW–Madison. You will greet and guide guests, scan tickets, monitor entry points and support crowd flow while following safety procedures.

Training will be provided, and you will work in a close-knit team with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network. You will communicate clearly with visitors and team members, respond calmly to questions or minor issues, and report concerns to supervisors.
