Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is recruiting for event guest services at UW–Madison in Wisconsin. You will greet guests, scan tickets, and monitor entry points to support smooth crowd flow while following safety procedures.

You will receive training in guest services and event safety, work with a close-knit team, and gain experience within the GardaWorld network with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Previous guest-service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and stay calm under pressure.
