Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at UW–Madison is seeking staff for guest services at games, concerts and campus events. You will greet and guide guests, scan tickets, monitor entry points and assist with crowd flow while adhering to safety and security procedures.

You’ll receive training in guest services and event safety, work in a close-knit team, and gain experience in event operations with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.
