Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at UW–Madison is hiring for guest services roles during games, concerts, and campus events. You will greet and guide guests, scan tickets, monitor entry points, and support crowd flow while following safety procedures.

You’ll communicate clearly with visitors and team members, respond calmly to questions or minor issues, and report concerns to supervisors. Training in guest services and event safety is provided, with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.
