Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at UW–Madison is seeking friendly guest services staff to greet and guide guests at games, concerts and campus events. You will scan tickets, monitor entry points, and help ensure smooth crowd flow while following safety procedures.

You’ll receive training in guest services and event safety, work with a close-knit team, and gain hands-on experience in event operations with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.
