Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at UW–Madison is seeking event staff to greet and guide guests at games, concerts and campus events. You will scan tickets, monitor entry points, and help maintain smooth crowd flow.

You will follow safety procedures, respond calmly to questions or minor issues, and report concerns to supervisors. Training in guest services and event safety is provided, with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.
