Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at UW–Madison is seeking guest services staff to welcome attendees at games, concerts, and campus events. You will greet and guide guests, scan tickets, monitor entry points, and help maintain smooth crowd flow while following safety procedures.

You’ll receive training, work in a close-knit team, and gain hands-on experience in event operations with growth opportunities within the GardaWorld network.
