Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet/certify all training requirements within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely equipment setup, refresh, and removal.
• Directs technicians' workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to management.
• Updates flowsheets and maintains proper documentation.
• Maintains effective on-site communication with clients.
• Attends venue meetings and supports event coordination.
• Assists in training technicians on floor activities and standards.
• Responsible for AV setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate equipment.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and ensures equipment security and maintenance.
• Leads security, storage, and transport of equipment; participates in inventory counts.
