Summary

Are you looking to join one of the world's leading professional services firms? As the Meeting Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting events by setting up meeting rooms, managing audio/visual equipment, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless experience for clients and participants. Responsibilities

  • Set up training and conference rooms according to client specifications, including airwall adjustments and wire management
  • Place training materials and ensure cleanup post-meetings
  • Verify and maintain room conditions (lighting, AV equipment, etc.) meet client expectations
  • Manage equipment storage and security during and after meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly in person, via email, and by phone
  • Monitor meeting rooms for attendance, timing, and overall appearance, ensuring optimal conditions

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or a related service industry
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and AV equipment
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and customer service
  • High energy, white-glove hospitality mindset with a polished demeanor
  • Able to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment
