Role Overview

The Associate Event and Continuing Education Logistics Coordinator supports all event product lines, including in-person and virtual events, seminars, boot camps, and webinars. This role also provides administrative support for Continuing Education fulfillment across various offerings. The position involves managing projects within established guidelines, adapting to evolving needs, and handling last-minute changes with a calm, logical approach.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with internal teams to understand and assess logistical requirements for events.
  2. Execute attendee email communications for seminars, boot camps, and webinars.
  3. Organize attendee data and prepare conference materials like name badges and tent cards.
  4. Create download pages for seminar materials using WordPress.
  5. Provide onsite support for registration and event app troubleshooting at in-person events.
  6. Coordinate with teams and speakers for webinars and virtual conferences.
  7. Use templates, processes, and guidelines to produce event materials, including formatting presentation slides for consistency.
  8. Support virtual event projects across platforms such as GoToWebinar, Zoom, and Wistia.
  9. Create evaluations, quizzes, certificates, and reports via online survey platforms.
  10. Assist Continuing Education Managers with product applications as needed.
  11. Provide administrative support to the Director and Event Planners as required.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of relevant experience (Required)
  2. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (Required)
  3. Strong organizational and prioritization skills (Required)
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
  5. Ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines with attention to detail (Required)
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required)
  7. Willingness to learn new software and technologies (Preferred)
  8. Experience with event software (Zoom, GoToMeeting), WordPress, and HTML (Preferred)
