Project Management | Branding | Marketing

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media & Events Coordinator to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in bringing the NUDA brand to life online and on the ground — managing content creation, social engagement, and Miami-based event coordination.

This is a remote role in the Miami area. We’re seeking someone who is Miami-based or familiar with the local market for event and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities:

Social Media (70%)

  • Create and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor and engage with the community (DMs, comments, tags, UGC)
  • Source content and visuals that align with NUDA’s aesthetic and values
  • Analyze performance metrics and share content insights monthly
  • Manage and grow social accounts with a focus on reach, engagement, and audience development

Events & Local Coordination (30%)

  • Support the planning and execution of NUDA pop-ups, brand activations, and influencer events in the Miami area
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and local collaborators
  • Ensure on-site presence or setup when needed (may include evenings/weekends occasionally)
  • Manage inventory and product delivery for events

Requirements:

  • Based in or very familiar with the Miami, FL area
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media coordination, influencer marketing, or events
  • Proven track record of managing and growing one or more brand or creator social media accounts
  • Ability to speak to platform-specific KPIs, content performance, and apply learnings from data-driven insights
  • Strong visual and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and content scheduling tools (Rela a plus)
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and/or lifestyle brands
