Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Convention Services Manager who will service events, negotiate contracts, and maximize revenues across guestrooms, banquets, and associated hotel services. You will prepare contracts, event orders, and group resumes while coordinating with hotel teams to ensure quality product delivery and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel sales & catering experience is preferred.
• Experience coordinating events and managing client communications.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Banquet Event Orders with departments to meet client specs.
• Attend sales meetings and support revenue generation activities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Manager and DOSM on room rates and availability.
• Develop market knowledge, negotiate effectively, and secure bookings.
• Coordinate event details with clients and hotel teams to ensure service delivery.
