Event Source is seeking an Event Consultant to assist clients in crafting memorable event experiences. You will identify client needs, recommend rental products, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced team environment.

The role emphasizes upselling opportunities, accurate data entry, and building lasting client relationships while maintaining professional presentation and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• One or more years of related customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Interest in learning about each event and products.
• Proficient with Windows/Microsoft Office.
• Experience creating Mood Boards in PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Social Tables for event diagrams.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, text, web requests, and email.
• Update and manage client contact information.
• Present products using Mood Boards and design ideas.
• Greet clients and enter customer data accurately.
• Understand event rental needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to meet department goals.
• Build relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Network with industry professionals at events and conferences.
• Occasionally travel to offsite locations.
• Meet performance metrics and uphold CART values.
