Job summary

Bright is seeking an Event Consultant to serve as the primary client contact for event rentals. You will guide clients through the rental process, review event needs, and ensure accurate orders in Bright’s reservation system.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Event Directors to keep payments, product availability, and updates on track from inquiry to event completion, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, event coordination, hospitality, or a related client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Schedule and conduct showroom appointments to review event needs and rental options
• Recommend products for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions
• Prepare and update rental quotes and orders in Bright’s reservation system
• Explain pricing, availability, payment requirements, and product options to clients
• Track client orders, payments, signatures, and event deadlines
• Communicate order details and changes with Sales, Operations, and Event Directors
• Resolve product availability issues, order discrepancies, and client questions in a timely manner
• Support last-minute updates and changing event needs while maintaining accurate records
• Follow established sales and order procedures to support a smooth client experience
