Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Conference Services Assistant at the North Druid Hills, Brookhaven location. You will support system meetings and events by processing reservations, assisting guests at help desks, and aiding in document processing and wayfinding.

The role involves setting up and breaking down spaces, moving furniture, and ensuring layouts meet requested plans while delivering excellent customer service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, events, or administrative support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong grammar, vocabulary, and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event and meeting setups and breakdowns, including tables, chairs, podiums and equipment.
• Prepare spaces with proper layout, signage, tech readiness and cleanliness.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving furniture and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of event supplies and ensure proper storage and distribution.
• Communicate room request status clearly to internal and external customers.
• Own the reservation process and system; run administrator reports and support process improvements.
