Qualifications

• Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and insurance companies to obtain information.
• Interviews patients to ensure accurate information is collected.
• Enters data into the system for various administrative functions.
• Verifies insurance coverage and explains financial requirements to patients.
• Helps maintain daily business operations and manages patient appointments.
