Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an Event Concierge to ensure exceptional event experiences by anticipating needs, coordinating details, and delivering outstanding service to planners and guests at our Indianapolis hotels.

You will greet planners, verify room set-ups per BEOs, participate in daily meetings, and support events with reliability, initiative, and a guest-first mindset. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally; stand and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet meeting/event planners in their meeting room to review agendas and timelines.
• Check each meeting room for accuracy of setup according to BEOs prior to event.
• Follow the Event Concierge checklist for each room and submit to the supervisor.
• Attend and participate in daily BEO meetings, team Stand-Up and Pre-Convention meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Greet meeting/event planners in their meeting room to review agendas and timelines to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Check each meeting room for accuracy of set-up according to Banquet Event Orders (BEO) prior to event.
• Follow the Event Concierge checklist each day for each meeting room and submit to the supervisor.
• Attend and participate in daily BEO meetings (when required), daily team Stand-Up meetings, and Pre-Convention meetings for assigned events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
