Job summary

White Lodging in Austin is seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant to ensure the seamless setup, service, and cleanup of the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.

You will join a team that values a friendly, guest-focused attitude, strong communication, and the stamina to stand for long periods, with benefits starting Day 1 and opportunities for growth across our hotels. Qualifications

• An outgoing and social personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• A talent for problem-solving and the ability to adapt to any situation.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and regularly lift at least 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
