White Lodging in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant to ensure the successful setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest. You will manage tables, buffets, and lounge areas with knowledge of menu items and preparation methods, providing a polished guest experience daily.

The role emphasizes a friendly, can-do attitude, teamwork, and a proactive approach to guest needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure cleanliness, stock, and visual appeal.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality while maintaining professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Perform cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
