Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a part-time Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment for events in a hospitality environment. You will ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with clients and hotel staff, and you may assist with invoicing and paperwork.

The role requires 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience, 1 year of AV experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Training and certifications are expected within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and software issues.
• Complete order entries and paperwork accurately, and assist with invoicing as needed.
