Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment in Providence, RI. You will ensure guest satisfaction and work closely with event staff to deliver flawless service.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, on-site guest interactions, and accurate systems entry. Prior AV experience and a valid driver's license are preferred, with physical requirements noted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver's license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment.
• Strive to exceed expectations and maintain strong client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Enter orders in Navigator and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate paperwork.
