Job summary

Encore Orlando seeks a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring guest satisfaction and flawless events. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with clients on-site, and support invoice and paperwork processes.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associate's preferred), 1 year of customer service/hospitality and AV experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Training/certification within 60 days is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training/certification requirements per Encore's Learning Program.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for team members that may operate company vehicles.
• DOT requirements may apply if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed expectations of internal and external customers and maintain client relationships.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and handle challenges professionally.
• Complete order entries in Navigator and interact with staff and vendors for equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to finalize invoices and ensure proper paperwork.
