Job summary

Encore in Dallas is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will work directly with guests on site to ensure their events run smoothly and that the equipment functions correctly.

The role requires a high school diploma, a year of customer service or AV experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and certifications must be completed within 60 days of start.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• Internal training and certifications must be completed within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic AV equipment for events.
• Support guests on site and ensure equipment is working properly.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly.
• Input orders and invoice-related data in Navigator and paperwork accurately.
