Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will interface with guests on site to ensure their needs are met and the equipment is functioning correctly, while maintaining strong relationships with hotel staff.

This role requires a High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred), at least 1 year in customer service or hospitality, and 1 year of AV experience or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
