Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a skilled Audio/Visual Technician to lead AV support for the property's meeting spaces and events.

You will ensure top-notch service, operate and troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with Sales and Event Managers to deliver exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, coordinating with external AV partners, and upholding safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of event technology products and services, including audio visual equipment, staging, lighting, and presentation systems.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot house sound systems and related equipment.
• Must pass certification quiz/test for position.
• Complete basic Chemical Training and Blood borne Pathogen Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality service to guests at all times and anticipate guest needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Convention, and Event Managers to coordinate events.
• Establish and manage a network of AV re-rent partners for discounts and service.
• Maintain and secure all audiovisual equipment and perform routine inspections.
