Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed expectations of internal and external customers with strong service mindset.
• Communicate effectively to maintain positive client relationships.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues with basic technical knowledge.
• Enter orders and complete paperwork accurately per company procedures.
