Encore Global in Santa Clara, California seeks an on-site Technician to set up and operate small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will work closely with guests, ensure equipment works, and handle post-event tasks including invoicing and data entry.

The role requires a High School Diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and relevant training are needed within 60 days of start. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for vehicle operation.
• Must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment correctly on site.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and effective communication with clients.
• Meet with guests on site to confirm needs and verify equipment functionality.
• Handle invoicing, quotes, and Navigator order entries as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Follow company procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
