Job summary

Pinnacle Live at Virgin Hotels Nashville is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike and operation of technology in a hospitality setting. You will deliver outstanding guest service and work closely with clients to ensure events run smoothly.

The role requires a proactive collaborator with strong communication, organizational skills, and a readiness to grow technical capabilities in AV, video and networking across live events.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to handle AV equipment.
• Experience in hospitality or live events is a plus.
• Basic computer, networking and systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure event sets and strikes are completed per SOPs.
• Greet guests and provide instructions on equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Keep inventory secure and in good working order.
• Develop skills in audio, video, staging and networking.
