Job summary

Pinnacle Live, a premium, in-house AV and event production company serving North America, seeks a Senior Event Services Technician. You will assist with floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of advanced technology solutions in hotel settings, delivering outstanding guest and client service.

Key duties include leading technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring equipment readiness and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in AV and/or hospitality industry.
• Proficient with computers, hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Support floor operations for events including setup, strike, and operation of AV tech.
• Lead and mentor technicians and team members during events.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear equipment instructions.
