Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of AV solutions in a hotel or hospitality setting. You will focus on delivering unmatched customer service to guests and clients.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding equipment use, and maintaining accurate event information while ensuring inventory security and readiness of gear for upcoming events.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking).

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of AV solutions.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear instructions on equipment use.
• Maintain communication with client to ensure event success and address requests.
• Ensure inventory and equipment are secure and in good working order.
• Support continuous improvement of technical skills in audio, video, staging, and networking.
