Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations and the setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitality setting. The role focuses on delivering unmatched customer service to guests and clients.

You will contribute to the execution of events, manage equipment, and work closely with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly while building hands-on skills in audio, video, staging, and networking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior AV/hospitality exposure preferred.
• Comfort with audio, video, and networking concepts; able to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, including setup and strike of equipment.
• Operate audio/visual gear and coordinate with clients for smooth events.
• Maintain inventory, ensure equipment is secure, and report issues promptly.
• Provide ongoing communication with guests to ensure event success.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and SOPs.
