You will support on-site events, troubleshoot equipment, and handle related paperwork. A High School Diploma is required, with an Associate's degree preferred; a Technical Level 3 certification within 180 days is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Achieve Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days (Encore Technical Skillset).
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver's license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirement may apply if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Customer Service: exceed expectations, maintain client relationships, meet with guests on site.
• Technical Ability: understand technical aspects and troubleshoot equipment/software issues.
• Systems Knowledge: complete paperwork, enter orders, interact with staff and vendors, up-sell when appropriate.
