Job summary

Encore Global seeks a Technical Lead to install, operate, and support AV systems for a hospitality audience. You will coordinate with events, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction while mentoring junior technicians.

The role requires hands-on AV experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This on-site position offers dynamic hotel/conference venue work and opportunities to advance within Encore’s global events team.

Qualifications

2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
2-3+ years of audio-visual experience.
A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.
External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and break down intermediate AV equipment accurately and on time.
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
Maintain safety and security of equipment and facilities.
Lead, mentor, and coach other Technicians in Encore’s service philosophy.
Interact with clients on site to ensure equipment works properly and needs are met.
