Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Events Operations Manager to lead AMER and global event operations onsite in South San Francisco, CA. The role combines regional execution with global governance across international teams and vendors to deliver high-visibility events.

You will develop standardized processes, oversee budgets, and drive cross-regional alignment with EMEA and APAC, ensuring safe, brand-consistent experiences for executive and client events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate event planning, event operations, or workplace experiences across multi-site/global portfolios.
• Proven execution leadership for complex, high-volume events (run-of-show, AV, space management, on-site).
• Experience drafting/implementing operational SOPs, SLAs, audits, and standardized playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational planning, logistics, and execution for AMER workplace events and high-visibility programs.
• Draft and enforce global operational standards, including SLAs and audit cadences.
• Coordinate cross-region alignment with EMEA and APAC; deliver consolidated reporting and dashboards.
• Oversee vendor governance, contract management, and on-site vendor performance.
• Direct AMER team leadership, coaching regional site points of contact and Event Coordinators.
• Manage capacity, policy enforcement, budgets, forecasts, and post-event reconciliations.
