Job summary

Cardinal is seeking a Leasing Community Intern at our Gainesville, FL community. This temporary, non-exempt role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, supporting leasing activities, and maintaining a positive first impression of the property.

You will handle front desk duties, participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training, and assist with leasing current and future availability while contributing to a high occupancy rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year of college.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; GPA reviewed annually.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Handle front desk administrative tasks and duties.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Pass Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training and certification.

Education
