Job summary

HRI Hospitality seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Director in supervising Restaurant and Room Service during events. Schedule mainly evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure superior guest experiences across dining and banquet operations.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, providing performance feedback, assisting on-floor service, and maintaining service standards while coordinating with the F&B team to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates neat appearance and professional attitude toward guests, coworkers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and direct Restaurant/Room Service/Banquet employees.
• Provide feedback on performance to the F&B Director.
• Assist servers, bussers, and hosts on the floor during peak service periods.
• Ensure department goals are communicated and met by all staff.
• Train staff on technical and service aspects of the job (food, room prep, customer service).
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain dining room policies.
