Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking an Hourly Restaurant / F&B Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations across the restaurant, lounge, room service, and banquets, ensuring guest‑focused service, sanitation, and safety compliance in a fast‑paced hotel environment. This is a part‑time role with flexible scheduling and occasional banquet duties.

You will supervise, coach, and coach staff; assist with scheduling; monitor inventories; set up venues per BEOs; operate POS systems (MICROS or similar); and

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service.
• Experience with banquet setup and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and support restaurant, room service, lounge, and banquet associates.
• Assist with scheduling, directing daily work assignments, monitoring performance and coaching as needed.
• Promote open communication between management and staff to ensure a productive work environment.
• Ensure proper staffing levels based on business demands, banquet functions, and needs.
• Oversee operations to ensure guest service and event execution.
• Execute banquets and events when staffing is low.
• Coordinate banquet room setups and BEO compliance.
• Assist with inventory control and supplies (FOOD/BEV, glassware, linen, AV).
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
