Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends based on hotel events.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in restaurant or hotel service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service in the Food & Beverage department.
• Assist manager with training, coaching, and staff motivation.
• Monitor expenses and control labor costs to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure timely and high-quality service to guests and clear communication with oncoming shifts.
• Handle guest requests and complaints and escalate to management as needed.
