Job summary

Kind Senior Care is seeking an After Hours Care Coordinator to support our leadership team by providing excellent home care services beyond regular hours on weeknights and weekends. The role requires CNAs/HHA/RN or equivalent experience and offers a path to long-term commitment.

The position expects reliable phone and internet access, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete background checks while ensuring continuity of care for our clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience in an administrative role within office or customer service setting; preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle and smart phone.
• Ability to complete a Driving Record check and Background check.
• Current Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), Registered Nurse certification or equivalent experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls outside of regular office hours (weekdays 4:30 pm-8:00 am; weekends/holidays 8:00 am-8:00 am).
• Politely and efficiently resolve client service issues, scheduling issues or adjustments.
• Monitor the After-hours email and care log.
• Serve as a fill-in Caregiver when you are unable to fill shifts; caregiving time is well compensated.
• Any other tasks requested by Kind Senior Care Office Staff.
