Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops shipping/receiving work schedules to meet goals.
• Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel.
• Supervises inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures efficient use of equipment and coordinates maintenance.
• Drafts daily end-of-shift reports and suggests process improvements.
• Leads pre-shift meetings and staff training programs.
• Maintains timekeeping records and enforces company policies.
