NFI is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities and supervise staff, ensuring production goals are met. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and timely shipping/receiving while coordinating with other leaders to balance labor.

The position requires strong supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on lean process improvements and adherence to safety standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools.

• Develops and implements shipping and receiving schedules to meet goals.
• Direct supervision of warehouse personnel aligned to required skills.
• Supervises inbound and outbound shipments for timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensures efficient use of equipment and coordinates maintenance.
• Reviews daily objectives and productivity to meet building goals.
• Partners with leaders to balance labor and staffing.
• Drafts daily end-of-shift reports and suggests operational improvements.
• Provides coaching and feedback to enhance staff performance.
